Se dio cuenta de que las descripciones textuales no resultaban atractivas, por lo que decidi\u00f3 pasarse a la visualizaci\u00f3n en 3D. Reconociendo la impresionante portafolio de modelos 3D creados por los expertos de VOKA, recurri\u00f3 a nosotros en busca de ayuda.<\/p><p class=\"main-text paragraph\">Para atender las necesidades del cliente, VOKA cre\u00f3 un v\u00eddeo 3D de alta calidad que desglosa los conceptos fundamentales de la inmunoterapia para el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer:<\/p><h2 class=\"title-2\">Respuesta inmunitaria<div class=\"line\"><\/div><\/h2><p class=\"main-text paragraph\">Esta parte del v\u00eddeo explica c\u00f3mo el sistema inmunitario ataca y elimina las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas.\u2028Las c\u00e9lulas tumorales expresan ant\u00edgenos \u00fanicos o alterados en su superficie. Para reconocer estos ant\u00edgenos espec\u00edficos, las c\u00e9lulas T est\u00e1n equipadas con receptores \u00fanicos. Sin embargo, los ant\u00edgenos primero deben ser procesados y presentados por las c\u00e9lulas presentadoras de ant\u00edgenos (CPA), que ingieren los ant\u00edgenos tumorales, los procesan y presentan fragmentos pept\u00eddicos de estos ant\u00edgenos en su superficie ligados a mol\u00e9culas conocidas como complejos mayores de histocompatibilidad (CMH). Cuando un receptor de c\u00e9lulas T se une a un complejo ant\u00edgeno-CHM en una CPA, la c\u00e9lula T se activa y experimenta una expansi\u00f3n clonal. A continuaci\u00f3n, se dirige y se liga a las c\u00e9lulas tumorales que presentan el mismo ant\u00edgeno. Esto conduce a la destrucci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas tumorales mediante mol\u00e9culas citot\u00f3xicas y apoptosis.<\/p><h2 class=\"title-2\">PD-L1 y la evasi\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer<div class=\"line\"><\/div><\/h2><p class=\"main-text paragraph\">La animaci\u00f3n ilustra las estrategias que han desarrollado las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas para evitar ser detectadas y destruidas por el sistema inmunitario. Cuando PD-L1 se liga a PD-1, env\u00eda una se\u00f1al inhibidora a las c\u00e9lulas T, reduciendo su capacidad de proliferar, producir citocinas y destruir las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas.<\/p><h2 class=\"title-2\">Inhibidores de PD-L1<div class=\"line\"><\/div><\/h2><p class=\"main-text paragraph\">Para oponerse a esta evasi\u00f3n inmunitaria, la ciencia m\u00e9dica ha desarrollado los inhibidores de PD-L1, una clase de f\u00e1rmacos que se dirigen espec\u00edficamente a la interacci\u00f3n entre PD-1 en las c\u00e9lulas T y PD-L1 en las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas. Al bloquear esta interacci\u00f3n, los inhibidores de PD-L1 impiden el env\u00edo de se\u00f1ales inhibidoras a las c\u00e9lulas T.
